A Marriage Breakup & Children
While a divorce is hard for adults, the child will most probably come out with the worst damage. Statistically a child that has witnessed a divorce will have huge issues with creating and keeping together his or her own family. The feat of loosing everything obtained from a parent’s divorce will follow the child for most of his or her life.
In addition to this each divorce has its aftermath and this includes not only financial issues, but also custody. Trust me, a child trapped or even used as a weapon between ex-spouses will never have a good childhood experience. Of course on the other side the child will not be too happy with living between 2 angry parents either, but still it’s a way better way for them to live then being tossed between both parents due to custody issues. Imagine how you would feel if you had to live between 2 different places every weekend and each school holiday. Try to multiply your breakup stress by 10 and you’ll receive something similar to what your child feels. Not the best experience for your offspring.
This is really important piece of this issue. If you care for your children – a marriage breakup must be a word that’s never mentioned in your home. Of course modern society is not criticizing divorces and supports a choice of ending relationships instead of living on in an unhappy one, but the overall ethics is still on the side of the child. If you took the responsibility to raise the child, stay responsible until the child grows up. Do everything you can even seek professional help if you can afford it!
