“I Just Broke Up, Now What?” How to Mend Broken Relationships
“I just broke up, now what do I do?” You cannot believe it, but the love of your life just told you they want to break up, move on, start again. It is the one situation that nobody wants to be in. It is the one phrase that nobody wants to hear. It is so devastating that we tend to do the irrational. We freak out, cannot breath, eat or sleep and forget about memories, they just make the hurt even worse.
The first thing that we usually do is try and figure out how to get them back, especially if we did not even see it coming and weren’t the ones who initiated the break up. I just broke up, now what? Should I call her? Should I try to ask for forgiveness? Do I beg him to come back? Should I make a promise to change? What should I do?
One other important fact concerning this area of interest. What we should do first is probably the last thing you would have thought of. Do not call, do not beg, do not make any promises. Those aren’t going to be productive to getting them back and will probably backfire. This is what you should do:
“How Can You Mend A Broken Heart” (BeeGees) DAN MENDOVA cover
First, instead of trying to get them back, let them go. What? Are you kidding me? I am hurt. My heart is aching. I want to see them again. How can I just let them go? What do you mean? I just broke up. Letting them go is the last thing I want to do. But here’s the thing. Calm down, take a deep breath and listen. Agree with the break up. Let them know that you respect their wishes and if they need some time, you’ll give it to them. By doing this, you’ll show respect and genuine love for that person. Believe me. Instead of parting in anger, you’ll be parting in a mutually agreeable way. Are you with me?
Second, if you’re still saying, “I just broke up, now what?”, listen some more. The technique above needs to be done in a personal matter. Don’t text them on a phone, instead, hand write a letter. Yes, I said hand write a letter. Why? If you use text or email, there is a disconnect there. You’re not personalizing it with your own signature. A handwritten letter connects you better and will make a much more profound impact on your ex. Don’t skip that part.
Last, you need to get on with your life. Don’t see what your ex is doing. Don’t make plans with mutual friends so you’re near each other. Make your life out to be fun, like you don’t need that person to make you happy. By making a disconnect, you’re letting your ex get a little taste of jealousy. They think that by breaking up, you should be at home crying and pouting about them. Do not do that. Get out and have fun as if the break up is ok and you’re fine with it. When people see that they cannot have something lots of times they want it back. Are you still with me on this?
Breaking up is not easy. The words, I just broke up, now what? Are painful. If you’re hurting and emotionally unstable, I invite you to visit my site at http://www.mendingbrokenrelationships.com to view a video that has helped thousands of couples rekindle the flame of love.

How do you mend a broken heart?
? Well me and my ex broke up about two months ago! What we broke up for I’ve no idea. Sometimes we would get mad at eachother and just be like “whatever it's done” and then later that night one of us would call eachother and everything would work itself out! BUT that didn't happen. When we first broke up he would call and text me ocassionally and ask how I'm doing and talk about potentionally working things out. NOW I’ven't heard from him in about two weeks and IDK it's just very hard. I've come to accept it but I really loved him, and I really do care about him. Our relationship was kind of hard becuase we lived about fourty mins away from eachother and only saw eachother on the weekends, Maybe he just got tired of it. But what really upsets me is that after everything we went through, after everything he told me, he just disappeared over night. He doesn't even care how I'm doing!! I just want to know if there's a way to help stop the hurt, and jealousy thats really been making this hard for me; or will this just take time?!? I'm just so sick of being sad, and I hate the fact that he's ALWAYSSS on my mind!
